  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align telesales efforts with broader business goals.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Customer Engagement:

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of strong customer relationships through telesales efforts.
  • Ensure telesales representatives effectively communicate the value proposition of Green Grocery's products and services to customers.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and monitor the performance of the telesales team.
  • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of telesales campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Training and Development:

  • Conduct training sessions for telesales representatives to enhance their product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques.
  • Identify opportunities for professional growth within the team and implement development plans.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on telesales performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement to the senior management team.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to make informed recommendations for enhancing telesales strategies.
