Customer Support:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Provide accurate information about Green Grocery's products, services, and policies.
  • Assist customers in navigating the website, placing orders, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
  • Document and track customer interactions to ensure effective follow-up and resolution.

Telesales:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote Green Grocery's products and services.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Green Grocery and address customer queries.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly telesales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
