Job Responsibilities

 

  • Prepare Corporate & Local Sales Development Strategy and Planning.
  • Have to achieve individual monthly sales targets.
  • The incumbent has to visit corporate prospects.
  • Analysis of customer research, current Market conditions and competitor information.
  • Expand and develop marketing platforms.
  • Develop promotional ideas.
  • Collaborate with the sales function.
  • Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing position.
  • Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer.
  • To maintain proper documentation & ensure all types of report as required.
  • Report on market progress, credit realization and individual customer performance.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate houses.
  • Should be prepared to carry out other duties as assigned by the management

 

 

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply.
  • Field sales experience in FMCG or Pharmaceuticals company will be an added advantage
  • Target oriented with a 'can do' attitude
  • Hard working and ability work under pressure
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
